BiographyMehitable Comstock was born 8 September 1744. She was the daughter of Bethia Strong Comstock (b. about 1714) and Nathan Comstock, who married in 1739. Mehitable Comstock married John Hanford on 28 October 1762 in Wilton, Connecticut; they had twelve children. Mehitable Comstock Hanford died 14 March 1825.
