BiographyLucy Abbe of Windham, Connecticut was born on 19 May 1778, the daughter of Lucy Chester (1752-1818) and Shubael Abbe (1744-1804). She married Reverend Elijah Waterman (1769-1825) on 18 November 1795, with whom she had one child, Thomas Tileston Waterman (1801-1873). Lucy Abbe died on 17 March 1822.
