BiographyMary Coult was born in Lyme, Connecticut, in 1728. She married Deacon Thomas Giddings, and they were among the first settlers of East Hartland, Connecticut, in 1754. They had at least one daughter, Miriam Giddings (Mrs. Amherst Coult). Miriam Giddings Coult's daughter, Miriam Coult, married Elijah Jones for her third husband. Mary Coult Giddings died in 1810.
