Edgar Bissell

American, 1800 - 1888
BiographyEdgar Bissell was born 30 June 1800. He was the sixth of the seven children of Captain Aaron Bissell, Jr. (1761-1834) and Naomi Tudor Bissell. His older sister was Maria Bissell (1793-1848). He married Eveline Wolcott (d. 1888) on 29 November 1826. They had a son, Samuel Tudor Bissell (b. 1828). Edgar Bissell died 12 March 1888.
