Prudence Wright

BiographyPrudence Wright (born 27 May 1738) was the sixth of eight children born to Sarah Walker and Captain Timothy Wright who were married on 22 April 1725 in Wethersfield, Connecticut. Prudence married Captain John Hanmer and had a daughter named Prudence Hanmer (born about 1760-died 6 December 1844) who married John Treat in 1782. Prudence Wright Hanmer died 21 June 1760 at the age of 22 years, probably in childbirth.
