Prescott, White & Phelps

The New Haven photographer George C. Phelps apparently formed a short-lived partnership with the Hartford photographers D. K. Prescott and Isaac White about 1870. After this partnership dissolved, Phelps formed another brief partnership with H. S. Pomeroy, then continued working on his from 1872 until 1889 or later.
