In 1875, the final reorganization of Bradley & Hubbard took place. The company name became Bradley & Hubbard Manufacturing Company, with Walter Hubbard as President and Nathaniel Bradley as Treasurer. This name was retained until 1940 when the Charles Parker Company bought out the company.
