BiographyEbenezer Tracy, Jr. was born in 1780, the second son of Ebenezer Tracy (1744-1803), noted Windsor chairmaker in Norwich, Connecticut. After Stephen and his wife moved to New Hampshire, Ebenezer Tracy, Jr., sold his share of the family land to Joel Hyde on 1 January 1801 and moved in with his sister Lydia and her husband, Amos Denison Allen, in South Windham, Connecticut. Ebenezer Tracy, Jr. died at Windham on 19 June 1822, at age forty two. He is buried in Windham Center cemetery.
