Jacob S. Woodworth

Jacob Suydam Woodworth was the son of Henry Dudley Woodworth and his first wife, Elizabeth L. Suydam. Both Jacob and his father were teachers. Jacob S. Woodworth married Mary Lyons in 1868. The couple had one child, Helen Suydam Woodworth. They resided at 268 Ryerson Street, Brooklyn. Jacob died July 10, 1884. Helen died March 28, 1889. (Descendants of Walter Woodworth) It is not known what Jacob and his family were doing in Pomfret, Connecticut in 1854.
