BiographyMargaret Beauchamp was born in 1707, the daughter of John Beauchamp of Boston and Margaret Beauchamp of Hartford. She had one sibling, Adam Beauchamp, who died before her father in 1740. In 1723, she married John Michael Chenevard, a Hartford merchant originally from Geneva, Switzerland. They had five children. He died on 7 April 1735, age 56. Margaret Beauchamp died on 18 March 1783, age 76.
