Caroline Throop Huntington

Caroline Throop Huntington was born on 7 February 1877 in Lebanon, Connecticut. She is the daughter of William Huntington (1839-1918) and Caroline Elizabeth Saxton (1842-1923). She had two sisters: Elizabeth S. Huntington (1875-1888) and Isabel Morgan Huntington Bacon (1882-1968). The family moved to the Hartford area when she was a child. She graduated from Hartford Public High School in 1895.

She married John Felt Morris (1877-1934) in 1909. They had three children: Eleanor Morris Sharpe, Daniel B. Morris, and John L. Morris. The family lived in West Hartford, Connecticut. She died on 11 July 1968 in Glastonbury, Connecticut. She is buried in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Hartford, Connecticut.
