BiographySamuel Blinn was born in Wethersfield, Connecticut on 12 April 1735, the son of William Blinn and his second wife Thankful Nott Blinn. He became an architect. On 30 March 1755, Samuel Blinn married Elizabeth Welles. They had three children. Elizabeth Welles Blinn died on 13 November 1784, at the age of 47. Samuel Blinn's death date is unknown.
