BiographyLibbie B. Tuller was born 2 October 1856 in Winsted, Connecticut. She was the daughter of William Henry and Frances Hayden Tuller. The family moved to Atlanta, Georgia, when Libbie Tuller was a year old. During the Civil War, the family suffered great hardship, and they fled back to Hartford during General Sherman's siege of Atlanta. The family returned to Atlanta after the war. Libbie Tuller studied at Oread Collegiate Institute in Worchester, Massachusetts, from 1873-1874.

Libbie B. Tuller married George B. Kendall in Hartford, Connecticut, on 1 November 1892. George Kendall managed the National Insurance Company of Ireland. They had three children: Frank, who died in infancy; Edward, born in 1895; and Katherine. They lived at 64 Cone Street in Hartford. Libbie B. Tuller Kendall died in New York on 11 March 1924.
