Ellen "Nellie" Bunce

Ellen "Nellie" Bunce was born in 1853. She was the sister of W. Gedney Bunce. She married Archibald Ashley Welch on 24 October 1888. Nellie Bunce Welsh and her husband founded the Hartford School of Music, later called the Conservatory of Music. Nellie Bunce Welsh died in 1922.
