John Eddy

BiographyJohn Eddy was born in Haddam, in Chatham, Connecticut on 17 April 1755. He married Anna Clark before 1792, and they had three children: Sally Eddy (b. 1792); Charity Eddy (b. 1794); and Festus Eddy (b. 1797). Little is known about John Eddy, except that he owned land in Chatham and Middle Haddam, and in the 1790 census, he was the head of a family in Chatham with one male over 16. John Eddy died on 2 November 1832.
