William Louis Koehne

William Louis Koehne (1869-1965) was born in Germany and immigrated to the United States in the 1880s. He became a prominent photographer in Chicago, Illinois.

His son Jack Koehne worked for him and later took leadership of the company. According to census data, by 1930 William served as proprietor rather than photographer for the business.
