Frank Elmer Geer

Frank Elmer Geer was born on 29 October 1861 in Norwich, Connecticut. He was the son of Erastus Wheeler Geer (b. 1830) and Mary E. Brown (b. 1834). He had four siblings: Charles Winslow Geer (b. 1855), Hattie Elizabeth Geer (b. 1857), Washington Lafayette Geer (b. 1859), and Henry Cross Geer (b. 1865).
