Thomas D. Green

Thomas Dudley Green was born on 16 March 1902 in New York City. He was the son of Dr. Nathan Williams and Anna Harrington Green. He graduated from Yale College in 1923 and earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1926. In 1934, he joined the Hartford-Empire Company, later Emhart Corporation. He started his career in the Research and Development Department as a Research Engineer, then became assistant Chief Physicist, and Manager of Special Product Sales. He retired from the Hartford-Empire Company in 1962. He died on 16 May 2006 in West Hartford, Connecticut.
