BiographyEdmund Charles Naylor was born in 1872 in Manchester, Connecticut. He was the son of William Naylor (1843-1917) and Mary Ann Lusty (1834-1917). He had three siblings: William Addison Naylor, Ada Jane Naylor Coburn (1868-1947), and Lilla Francis Naylor Pease (1871-1952). He died on 8 August 1892 at the age of 20.
According to a Hartford Courant article published on 9 August 1892, Naylor was fatally injured after being hit by a train. He was learning the machinist's trade at Pratt and Whitney before he was killed.
