Albert Volney Foster

Albert Volney Foster (18 Aug. 1877 - 4 Sept. 1950) was the son of Volney W. Foster (1848-1904) and Eva Adelle Hill (1852-1887). He is the brother of Eva Cornelia (Foster) Righter (1879-1946) and uncle of Elinor Righter Oakes (1912-2001).
