Julius Hollister

BiographyJulius Hollister (9 Jan. 1818 - 12 Jan. 1905) was a silversmith active in Hartford, Connecticut from 1841-1846. He was a partner in Seymour & Hollister of Oswego, New York, c. 1846.
He was born in Glastonbury, Connecticut, the son of Samuel Hollister and Clarissa Shipman. He married Mary M. Havens on 17 July 1846. They had two children: Charles J. Hollister (b. 1851) and Arthur E. Hollister (b. 1853).
