BiographySali Godard Riege (11 May 1926 - 29 Jan. 2020), the daughter of Paul Beach and Alice Hills Godard, was born in Hartford, Connecticut. She was a graduate of Oxford School and Smith College.
She was active in the Hartford community, having been involved with the Elizabeth Park Conservancy Board, the Boys and Girls Club of Hartford, the Riverfront Recapture development project, and the renewal of the Asylum Hill neighborhood.
