Noel B. Wellington-McCarthy

Noel B. Wellington-McCarthy (1914 - 26 Dec. 2003) was born in Kingston, Jamaica. He migrated to the United States in 1944. He was a founding member and past officer of the West Indian Social Club in Hartford, Connecticut.
