Irving Wiard Norton

Irving Wiard Norton (11 December 1900 - 9 April 1960) was the son of Gilbert E. (1852-1926) and Nellie Scattergood Norton (1869-1920). He had two siblings: Percy Lamont Norton (1893-1952) and Julian Harwood Norton (1895-1975).

He married Mina A. Stone (1898-1988). They had two children: Irving Hugh Norton (1923-2008) and Richard L. Norton (1928-1991).

He served as vice-president of Pierce and Norton Inc., owner and operator of Lake Compounce Amusement Park.
