BiographyHeu Lee (txawjthaiv) has served as the president of the Hmong Foundation. He came to the U.S. in 1976, at the age of 15, as a refugee from the Vietnam War. His father had fought with the U.S. forces against the North Vietnamese. Heu Lee lives in Stafford Springs and is an aviation/aerospace machinist at Paramount Machine Company in Manchester, Connecticut.
