BiographyDarryl Gonsalves is a Cape Verdean guitar player. He grew up in Bridgeport and is the son of Antonia Sequeira’s sister, Elena (Ramalho) and James Gonsalves. Darryl was inspired by the Cape Verdean music he grew up listening to in his household and would love to sing and play Cape Verdean songs on his guitar. He spent many years playing in bands in Bridgeport and the state of California. He currently lives in the state of Oklahoma.
