BiographyRomeo Moore was born in Georgia and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He was raised by his step-father, Aurelio "Nene Perry" Tavares, from Cabo Verde, and his mother, Estella Perry, from Georgia. He had two sisters and a brother. Romeo was a guitarist who would get together with friends in the community to play Cape Verdean music.
