BiographyThe Chinese Culture Center, formed in 1980 and based in East Hartford, organized cultural programs and Chinese New Year celebrations in the Greater Hartford area. Their mission has been to promote Chinese cultural activities, establish a language school, encourage business relationships, help orient new Chinese residents into Greater Hartford, and educate audiences about Chinese culture.
