BiographyFrank Dwight Skinner was born on 17 August 1880 in Stafford, Connecticut, the son of Newton Dwight Skinner (1846-1923) and his second wife, Ella Eliza Whitney (1856-1935). He married Lyle H. Foote of Roxbury, Massachusetts on the 10 June 1908 and they had three children: Newton; Norman; and Ella Illsley Skinner.
