BiographyJoanna Kaiser-Plaskowska is a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, Poland, where she studied. She practices graphic arts and is a painter and draughtsman. Her work is included in collections and exhibits in Poland, Germany, and the United States, among other countries. In 2000-2001, she visited the University of Connecticut as a Fulbright scholar, also participating in the CCHAP exhibit project “Polonia w Connecticut” by creating a wycinanka/paper cut design for the cover of the exhibit catalogue.
