Donna Hébert
BiographyDonna Hebert is a fiddler in the French Canadian and Celtic styles, from Massachusetts and now based in Cape Breton. She has taught in CCHAP’s Southern New England Traditional Arts Apprenticeship Program, mentoring students Daniel Boucher and Nate Ouellete. She has been: Founder and former Director at Great Groove Band at Old Songs & Philly Folk Fests, Fiddler and singer at Mist Covered Mountains - Celtic & Contemporary Folk Music, Fiddle Instructor at Philadelphia Folk School, Former Fiddle Instructor at Amherst College, Former Fiddle Instructor at Smith College, Former leader of the folk group Chanterelle.
