BiographyLucien M. Royce was born in New York City but his children, including Lucy Atwater Royce, were born and he was buried in Windsor, Connecticut. He was employed as a pharmacist by McKesson and Robbins Wholesale Druggists in New York and he also served as a private in Company A, 25th Regiment of Connecticut Volunteers in the Civil War.
