BiographyAccording to the census and city directories of Hartford, Frank Francolini was a resident of West Hartford. In 1910 he is listed as a farm laborer, in 1930 he is a chauffeur in the city directory but a butcher in the census and appears a butcher again in the 1940 census. He emigrated to the United States from italy in 1900.
