Charles P. L. Herrmann

Charles P. L. Herrmann was born in Pennsylvania about 1866. He was active in Hartford, Connecticut as an artist, engraver, lithographer, and printer. He is probably not the same C. L. Hermann who was active in the 1880s, though he may be a relative. He died in Hartford in 1937.
