Walter R. Carr

The imprint "W. R. Carr, Artist, Moosup, Conn." appears on a carte-de-visite from the John Craig Collection. Carr was active as a photographer in Putnam, Connecticut about 1886 and was probably a partner in the firm Carr and Brown, also located in Putnam. A "Walter R. Carr" who appears in the Rhode Island Census during this period is possibly the same person.
