Ernest A. Sherman

Ernest A. Sherman was born about 1870 or 1872, in Connecticut. In 1905, he was living in Hartford, Connecticut and is listed in the city directory as an engraver. In that year he drew a map in the collections of the Connecticut Historical Society. He is probably the same person as Ernest Sherman, who appears in the 1920 Federal Census, living in Agawam, Massachusetts and working as a watercolor artist.
