DescriptionDress and coat set, made of pink, green and white, heavyweight cotton plaid. The sleeveless day dress has a round neckline, with a decorative opening at the center front seam. Princess seams provide the fit. The center front seam opens to form a kick pleat at the knees. In-seam pockets in the princess seams. Thread belt loops hold the 1 1/2-inch-wide pink vinyl belt. The dress closes with a plastic zipper at the center back. The dress is fully lined with plain-woven, white, synthetic fabric. Pink acetate lines the shoulder area.
The coat is made of the same material. It has a 4-inch-wide collar, and closes at the center front with pink vinyl buttons set in a gold-tone metal bezel. Two pockets set at hip-height have flaps to make it look like they are accessed from the top, but they are actually open from the side. The coat, like the dress, is about knee-length. It is lined with pink acetate.
