DescriptionDark blue five piece girl's dance costume consisting of a vest, skirt, two cuffs, and a hat. The costume appears to be for a little girl, three or four years of age. The costume is made of dark blue material, made to look like a sailor's uniform. Red fabric circles imitate buttons. Each piece is finished with metalic trim; the trim on the vest, skirt, and hat is yellow, but the trim on the cuffs is silver (possibly faded from yellow). The hat has a black elastic band to act as a chin strap to keep the hat on. There are no labels, so the costume was probably home made.
