DescriptionFloorplans for a three-story house include living, dining, and breakfast rooms, the kitchen, the porch, the garage, three bedrooms and one bathroom, plus space allocated on the third floor for a future maid's room, bathroom, and storage area. Penciled notations on all sheets note possible alterations to original plan, as well as an electrical plan, closets, shelving, bathroom fixture specifications and the basement laundry and heating plant. Plumbing fixture specifications include toilets, sinks, and a bathtub, complete with product numbers, and also indicate a first floor half-bath that is not shown on the floorplans.
