DescriptionRectangular red earthenware, or terracotta, tile that is unglazed. The tile has a deep relief bust of a man facing right. The man has short wavy hair, and pronounced eyebrows, nose, chin, lips, and beard. The bust projects forward from a textured background that itself curves forward to meet the plain, rectangular border at the edge of the tile. Raised letters at the bottom of the title read, "DONNELLY/ TERRA COTTA BERLIN CONN." There is one hole in each back edge of the terracotta, about two inches down from the top. There are many small chips in the surface of the tile at the bottom edge of the border, and at each of the four bottom corners. There are minor areas of dirt on the textured surfaces of the bust and background.
