DescriptionGroup of three mold-blown and engraved colorless non-lead glass case bottles, each with an applied ring at the lip, a cylindrical neck, sloping shoulders, a rectangular body, and a small pontil mark on the bottom. There is an extra ridge of glass around each neck, formed by a second gather of glass added to the body of each case bottle using a technique known as the half-post method. The shoulders and sides of each case bottle are decorated with engraving. A rectangular border with small ovals on the inner edge follows the shape of the shoulders, with small medallions hanging down at each corner. The two wider sides of each case bottle are decorated with a leafy stem supporting a stylized tulip; the head of the tulip is curved to the left on each engraving. The two narrower sides of each case bottle are decorated with a leafy stem supporting three smaller flowers on the right side. There are some small bubbles and seeds, or areas of unvitrified matter, in the glass. There are areas of light scratches and wear to the glass on the bottom of each case bottle, especially at the corners.
