DescriptionLarge, blown and engraved colorless non-lead glass tumbler with a plain rim, thin tapered sides, and a shallow kick and a ground pontil mark on the bottom. The tumbler has a wheel-engraved border just below the rim consisting of an undulating line above a straight horizontal line. To one side, below the border, is an engraved design showing two birds on either side of a stylized flower. The birds and flower are inside a plain, round, double border with a circle of small dots between the two plain lines. Rays and tapered lines outside the round area create a starburst effect. The opposite side of the tumbler is decorated with an abstract floral spray. The bottom edge of the tumbler has a ring of light scratches and wear.
