DescriptionSnifter made of blown colorless glass. The snifter has a plain rim, a pear-shaped body supported by a short stem, and a round foot. There is a band of silver circling the rim. On one side of the snifter, just below the band of silver, is a "C" printed in white enamel, with a curving line just below. The date "1978" is inside the "C". On the opposite side of the snifter are the white enamel words, "CONNECTICUT MUTUAL LIFE/ QUARTER CENTURY CLUB", also printed in white enamel. A good portion of the silver at the rim has worn off, especially in the middle of the band.
