DescriptionPressed green and colorless glass inkwell consisting of a coloress glass dome with a point at the top over a triangular green glass well. At one corner, between the dome and edge of the well, is a semi-circular opening.
NotesHistorical Note: Patent number 879,470 was filed by James W. Jacobus of Great Neck, New York. His "invention relates to improvements in reservoirs for liquids, and particularly inkstands". (Hunt 5/5/2005)
