DescriptionDrawings include plans for plot, foundation and drainage, cellar, basement, first floor, third floor, window assignment, roof, proposed treatment, revised basement and elevations of front, rear. Also, cross and longitudinal sections and sketches of front elevation. Plans include stores, cellar stairway, property of Isaac Cohn, skylights, suspended ceiling, bedroom, house linen, china closet, kitchen and upper floor apartments. Elevations show three bay storefront with flat roof, plate windows and three entrances. Alterations to the design of the storefront vary with certain details, for example the inclusion of; steel lintels, brick siding, recessed entrances, prism glass, awning bar, ramps, hinged sash, awning canopy and porcelain enamel facing. Scale for drawings is 1/4" = 1'0".
NotesHistorical Note: As of October 2004, it was unknown whether the building was still located at 347-355 Main Street in Hartford, Connecticut.

Title Note: "Dr. Naylor" is presumably James H. Naylor, who was president of Millstone Corporation for many years. James H. Naylor was the son of Edward D. Naylor.
