DescriptionDrawings include plans for plot, floor, foundation, first floor, new hatchway, roof, and elevations for street front, east, and west side. Also, there is a sectional drawing of the ground floor. Plans include apartment house, Main Street stores, Dr. Naylor House, open veranda, steel sash wire glass, metal covered doors, brick barn, concrete block building, brick piers, new addition, kitchen, new concrete floor, plaster, beam, existing building, wire mesh in floor slab, wood truss, notes on reinforced concrete lintels and compass. Elevations show three bays, one story building with lime stone Corby step (a.k.a. cat step, crow step) roof and metal frame, plate glass windows. Doors have wire glass panels. Section includes cement jambs and existing doors. Scale for drawings is 1/4" = 1'0".
NotesHistorical Note: As of October 2004, the building is believed to be located at 10 Jefferson Street in Hartford, Connecticut.

Subject Note: James H. Naylor was the president of Millstone Corporations and owned other properties in Hartford. He was the son of Dr. Edward D. Naylor.
