DescriptionA Victorian house is on a rise, with a grassy lawn in the foreground. The frame house has ornate vergeboards, bay windows, a porch with scroll-cut decoration, a balcony, a square tower with dormers in the roof, and heavy cornice supported by brackets. Birds, probably pigeons, fly about the tower. Curtains are visible at some windows. Shrubs grow in the lawn and a vine grows on a trellis. A second building, probably a carriage house, with a cupola, weathervane, and brick chimney, is at the left. A wire fence is in the foreground atop a stone wall or curb.
