DescriptionDrawings include plans for plot, cellar, first floor, second floor, third floor, and elevations of front B-1, front B-2. Plans include pastor's study, guest room, study, and bedroom, clergy lounge, veranda, kitchen, housekeeper sitting room, conference room, office, dining room, clergy veranda, priest's lounge, maid's sitting room, spare room, laundry, general storage, boiler room, 3-car garage, garage roof, rectory, church, property line, Dover Road, school, hall, future 2-room addition, compass, parking yard, and walkway. Elevations are in two alternatives, B-1 and B-2. B-1 shows a four bay, three story building with hipped roof and three over one double hung sash windows. There is an elevated entranceway with arched portico, heavy cornice with corbels and a cross on the roof. B-2 shows a four bay, three story building with flat roof and three over one double hung sash windows with elevated entranceway with arched portico and cross on roof. There are numerous notes in red pencil. Scale for drawings is 1/8" = 1'0" and 1/32" = 1'0".
