DescriptionSmall, round, tin-glazed earthenware slop bowl with hand-painted decoration in cobalt blue and green, yellow, red, and purple enamels. The primary decoration, located on the outside of the slop bowl, consists of yellow, red, blue, and purple flowers connected by a green vine with leaves. Two green leaves are hand-painted on the opposite side of the slop bowl. A horizontal crack in the ceramic circles the foot of the slop bowl. There are four additional vertical, hairline cracks that connect the horizontal crack to the rim. The tin glaze has chipped off of the rim, and there are a few larger chips in the glaze near the rim to accentuate this loss. There are many scratches in the glaze on the inside bottom of the slop bowl.
