DescriptionA large house is at the top of a hill. The central part of the building is three stories high with two-story wings on the left and right. There are two porches, including an elliptical porch supported by Ionic columns on the central part of the building. Some windows have louvered shutters; some appear to be French doors. The wing on the left with three arched doors may be the carriage house. A gazebo with latticework sides is nearby. A man and a dog are on the drive near the central porch. Small trees, including many evergreen trees, and bushes line the grassy lawn. Larger trees are at the left and right. The Park River is just visible at the far left. A man sits on the bank fishing; a locomotive draws a train of cars immediately beyond.
